Welcome to all of the competitors for the 2023 Australian Figure Skating Championships. We are so exited to be hosting this competition at Erina Ice Arena and wish you all the best of luck.
We will be running the following figure sessions for AFSC competitors only:
- Tuesday 28th November 6.30-7.30pm
- Wednesday 29th November 4.30-5.30pm
- Saturday 2nd December 4.45-5.45pm + 6.00-7.00pm
- Sunday 3rd December 4.30-5.30pm + 5.45-6.45pm + 7.00-8.00pm + 8.15-9.15pm
- Tuesday 5th December 9.30pm-10.30pm
- Wednesday 6th December 9.30pm-10.30pm
To book any of these sessions, please click the book now button on the website, select the date you would like to attend on the calendar and look for the AFSC sessions under the Figure Session tab. To keep all of the skaters safe while practicing, these sessions will be limited to 20 competitors in each session. Coaches are welcome to join you teaching from the barrier only. Please bring a fluro vest for when you play your music over the loudspeaker. Cords are provided for playing your music on either Apple or android devices by the barrier under the scorebox.
Please note that figure skating is NOT permitted in any of our public sessions.
Erina Ice Arena is located in the Erina Fair shopping center next to Hoyts. In the Hive outside the rink, you will find San Churro, Gourmet Pizza Kitchen, the local library and a medical center. Upstairs, in the immediate vicinity, you will find Mad Mex, Grill’d Burgers, Sushi Train, a variety of cafes plus a chemist and Coles (to the left at the top of the escalators) as well as a range of fashion and homewares shops.
Erina Fair is only a 5 minute drive to Terrigal Beach and 10-15 minutes from Gosford Waterfront.
