Rink Entry Conditions

  • Adults Over 16 years of Age must show a Certificate of 2 Doses of Covid 19 Vaccine or proof of medical exemption to be able to enter the rink.
  • All patrons over 12 years must wear a mask whilst in the rink premises as well as on the ice surface (unless in strenuous exercise)
  • All patrons must sign in with the QR code and show the green tick to the cashier. (Unless exemption for U 16)
  • Due to limited capacity, we recommend you buy your ticket online. Spectators in public sessions will need to hold a spectator ticket however, this can be redeemed for a hot drink at our cafe.

Booking FAQs

What to do I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
The cashier will be able to find your ticket in our system by searching for your name. You are welcome to phone us to request your booking number or that the confirmation be resent – perhaps we need to update your email address.

Can I change the date of my ticket?
Yes, you can contact us and have the date changed on your ticket provided the contact is made prior to the beginning of the session. Phone contact is preferred. Please note, at least 24 hours notice is required for email contact.

What do I need to present to the cashier to show I have purchased a ticket?
We can search for your ticket online via the QR Code on your ticket confirmation, by the booking number or by your name.

Can I purchase tickets at the rink during the session?
We recommend booking online to ensure you don’t miss out if the session books out. Any unsold tickets will be available to purchase at the ice rink.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available, however if you are unable to attend a session that you have purchased tickets for we are able to reschedule your tickets for another day. Please contact the office on 0409504896 with advance notice up to the beginning of the session to reschedule. Please do not email as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your email in time to make the change.
