Childrens’ skate parties are available every Saturday and Sunday, with several different packages available to suit your needs.
With four party rooms to choose from, including: a Frozen theme, an Under the Sea theme and a Winter Village theme, our party rooms can accommodate 10-20 party-goers. Larger numbers may be accommodated with a party room extension. Rooms will be decorated with balloons and fairy lights in preparation, and cakes are available for order with a week or more notice. Adults staying are welcome to take to the ice with the kids by purchasing a public skating ticket from the cashier.
Meal Options
All packages include the cost of room hire, your host, lesson, skating, skate hire, meals, and invitations.
We cater for gluten free, dairy free, allergy, vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements.
Bronze
Each meal includes:
- 1 bottle of water and juice popper
- 1 Mini sausage roll
- 1 Mini pie
- 2 chicken nuggets served on hot chips
- 1 lolly bag

- 2 slices of pizza
- OR - An American Style Hotdog Served on Hot Chips
- 1 lolly bag

The Party Plan
11:00 am:
Meet your guests upstairs in front of the big window outside the rink, where a cashier will introduce you to your host.
11:15 am:
Your host will bring the kids to the party room and fit each child with ice skates.
11:30 am:
The kids will all take to the ice with your host for a ½ hour lesson. This half-hour of ice time is only for birthday parties, providing the perfect environment to teach new skaters.
12:00 pm:
Your host will guide the kids back to the party room for their lunch between 12pm and 12:30pm. Staff will communicate to you the scheduled time of your meal on the day. A platter of fairy bread will also be provided to snack on.
12:30 pm:
Once everyone’s eaten, your host will guide the kids back to the rink for some supervised free time and fun games.
2:00 pm:
Your host will gather the kids and bring them back to the party room where your cake will be provided to sing Happy Birthday and cut. Skates will also be returned at this time.

Booking Terms and Conditions
To book your party or to check availability, please phone the office or book online.
A minimum of 10 pax is required to book an Erina Ice Arena Birthday Party.
A $100 deposit payable over the phone, or online if booking through the website, is required to secure your booking. Proceeding with the deposit means that you understand our terms and conditions.
Cancellations will forfeit the $100 deposit paid.
Party invitations are available above for downloading and printing.
Our staff will phone you on the Wednesday prior to your booking to confirm your party numbers for catering and staffing purposes. Final payment is requested at this time. Any additional numbers added after this time will only be catered to a bronze meal.
Date changes can be accommodated with at least a week’s notice if circumstances prevent your party being held on the original date of booking.
Helium balloons are permitted, however they must be bagged within the main arena. They can be opened once in your party room as long as they stay weighted for the duration of your party and bagged again to exit. The cost for retrieving a helium balloon if released into the main arena is $800 and this cost will be passed onto you. We recommend purchasing your balloons from the Base Warehouse upstairs near Kmart in Erina Fair. The Base Warehouse will bag all helium balloons before they leave the store.
Please note that seals are not available to hire to birthday parties as birthday parties will have a designated staff member with them throughout the event to support and teach the children.
What To Wear
We recommend wearing long pants, a warm jumper, socks, and gloves to the rink.
