Ice Hockey is a fast sport played on ice between 2 teams. Their mission is to score as many goals as possible by sending the puck into the net.
The Hockey Development sessions at Erina Ice Arena are designed to guide and develop beginner players, teaching the fundamental skills required to progress into CCIHL and the Central Coast Stingrays representative teams.
Erina Ice Arena’s Ice Hockey Development Program is the perfect next step for players looking to progress from skating into the exciting world of ice hockey.
Our hockey development session runs for 1 hour on Wednesday night from 5.45pm-6.45pm
After a 10min group warm up, participants are divided into groups based on their ability and will rotate around different stations for the remainder of the time.
