Erina Ice Arena – Venue Entry Conditions

COVID 19

If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home. Patrons who are from or have visited a NSW Health declared “hotspot” may be refused entry. Patrons with cold or flu like symptoms may be refused entry. The NSW Services App will be utilised for checking in at the arena. Patrons will need to show the ice rink staff their successful check in prior to entry. These records will only be used for tracing COVID-19 infections. Patrons are to follow all social distance markings and signage on the premises.

PASS OUTS

Pass outs will not be permitted during sessions. Once a patron has left the venue, re-entry will be denied.

SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK

It is an express condition of entry that entrants/patrons agree and acknowledge that there is an obvious and inherent risk of injury when skating and the entrant/patron agrees to voluntarily assume all risk of loss including personal injury howsoever caused to the fullest extent permitted at Law. Skaters are recommended to wear protective helmets (which are available or bring their own cycling helmet). Skaters are also encouraged to wear their own elbow, knee pads, and wrist guards to minimise injury.

SNACK BAR

Our Snack Bar will provide all of your food and drink needs – please do not bring food or drink from outside into the venue.

ENTRY CONDITION

Erina Ice Arena retains the right to ask you to leave their premises if they: form the view that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol such that it would be unsafe for entry to be granted; or have found you to have purposefully damaged or vandalised the ice or ice rink fittings or fixtures; or you have not complied with their terms and conditions.

Erina Ice Arena – Payments & Refund Policy

BOOKING ONLINE

Deposits or full payments can be paid via Credit Card/Debit Card through the Roller payments system. The amount required is dependent on the terms of the reservation. You will be provided with an automatically generated email receipt of all monetary transactions made through Roller. Upon making a direct payment for an online booking, you will be charged a 3% transaction fee that is not recoverable under any circumstances. If you are entitled to a refund, the amount of the refund will be credited directly to the card that was used for the payment.

OVER THE PHONE

Payments can be paid via Credit Card/Debit Card. The amount required is dependent on the terms of the reservation. If you require a receipt, please request directly from Erina Ice Arena by contacting [email protected].

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellation and refund policies are applicable to each product as listed in this terms and conditions. They are provided to you prior to you confirming your booking and also in the booking confirmation email that is sent to you via email.

DISPUTES

If you have a dispute regarding the amount of the refund given to you, you will be required to resolve the issue directly with Erina Ice Arena. In cases where a refund has been made, and the amount refunded was incorrect, Erina Ice Arena reserves all rights to amend this transaction at its discretion.

Erina Ice Arena – Product Payment and Refund Conditions

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

· A minimum of 10 pax is required to book an Erina Ice Arena Birthday Party.
· A $100 non-refundable deposit, payable either over the phone or online (if booking through the website), is required to secure your booking. Proceeding with the deposit means that you understand and accept our terms and conditions.
· Cancellations will forfeit the $100 deposit paid.
· Erina Ice Arena staff will phone you on the Wednesday prior to your booking to confirm your party numbers for catering and staffing purposes. Final payment is requested at this time. Any additional numbers added after this time will only be catered to a bronze meal.
· Date changes can be accommodated with at least a week’s notice if circumstances prevent your party being held on the original date of booking.

SKATE SCHOOL PASSES / CCIHL JUNIOR PASSES

· Skate School Passes / CCIHL Junior Passes are not transferable or refundable.
· Skate School Passes / CCIHL Junior Passes will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Management reserves the right to charge a fee if a new pass is required.
· Each Skate School Pass / CCIHL Junior Pass is for one skater only and can only be used by the person whose name is on the pass.
· Skate School Passes / CCIHL Junior Passes are only valid for the skate school or CCIHL Junior term for which they are purchased. All passes are marked with an expiration date, passes, and offers will not be accepted after this date.
· Skate School Passes / CCIHL Junior Passes are valid for skate school sessions and other events, or sessions named on the pass only.
· Skate School Passes / CCIHL Junior Passes will be marked off by staff on arrival. If not shown upon entry, the session will have to be paid for.
· Missed Skate School classes can be made up on another day, but only during the current term.
· Terms and conditions for offers on passes vary between terms and programs. All of these terms and conditions must be followed.
· When purchasing a Skate School Pass / CCIHL Junior Pass you are agreeing to comply with all terms and conditions.
· Management reserves the right to change session times and prices as required.

GROUP BOOKINGS

· You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
· You may change your booking to another date if circumstances prevent the group booking from being finalised.
· Cancellation of a booking is an automatic forfeit of any payments made.

SESSION PASSES – Ice Hockey, Figure Sessions, Public Sessions, Coffee Club and Playgroup

· Session Passes are not transferable or refundable
· Session Passes will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Management reserves the right to charge a fee if a new pass is required.
· Each session pass is for one skater only and can only be used by the person whose name is on the pass. Each pass is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
· Session Passes will be marked off by staff on arrival. If not shown upon entry, the session will have to be paid for.
· Management reserves the right to change session times and prices as required.
