Visiting for the First time?

Erina Ice Arena is located in the Erina Fair shopping centre next to Hoyts. Erina Fair is only a 5 minute drive to Terrigal Beach and 10-15 minutes from Gosford Waterfront.

Please check our session times and prices page for public skating session times. You are welcome to book tickets online or purchase at the door. The doors are open 30 minutes prior to the beginning of a session. This will give you enough time to check-in at the cashier or purchase your tickets and make your way to our skate rental to collect and fit your boots. Please make sure that everyone in your group have buckled their skates correctly prior to taking the ice. If you are unsure, please confirm with a staff member.
We recommend children be 3 years old to begin ice skating – Our smallest skate size is a Childs 9 & our largest is an Adult 13.

If you require on-ice assistance for any member of your group – we have staff patrolling the ice who are more than happy to offer assistance. Our on-ice staff are happy to spend time with you or your children, to explain how to ice skate and to offer a helping hand when needed. Please take our staff up on their offer if they come and see you – you will be able to see a difference in confidence and once the skills are learnt, they are not forgotten!
Our Supervisors are first aid trained – if you have any first aid situations, please seek out a staff member who will put you in touch with the supervisor for assistance.

The inside temperatures during Summer are quite refreshing however in Winter it can be very cold, particularly if you are spectating.
We recommend you wear long pants for ice skating, you might also like to bring a jumper or jacket as well. It is essential that all skaters wear long socks inside their boots, and some skaters may prefer to wear gloves. We do have a collection of gloves and beanies available for sale from the cashier. We also have socks if you forget. Gloves are highly recommended for children to wear, particularly in the Winter.

If you are wanting to wear a helmet, we do recommend bringing one from home that you know is the right fit for your head. We do have a collection of helmets available for public use through the skate rental counter. Some skaters also consider knee and elbow protection in case of falls – in this case, we would recommend you bring these items from home.
